How do I make a character for Watershed?

All players start with 70 CP that they may spend on skills to build a character. There are many ways to build a character, but the suggested order follows:

1. Decide if you want to play a Deviant or Innate. If Deviant, decide what type of Deviant you want to play (Alewife, Cursed, Deathless, Haunted, Possessed, or Thrall). This determines the foundation of your play.
2. Decide the Hobby/Hobbies you want to have. This determines the flavor of your character.
3. Look through the Humors and Tarot skills. Choose your Humor/s and Tarot. This determines how you will mechanically interact with the physical aspect of the game.
4. Purchase skills across the rulebook aligning with your preferred playstyle.
